Charity for children

Today I'm honored to be sending off two awesome cakes to the Champions of Courage auction being held at the Children's Hands on Museum in Olympia, hosted by South Sound Parent to Parent. I love being able to donate my cakes to causes that focus on our youth.

Pokémon cake is vanilla bean with marshmallow buttercream, marshmallow fondant, gum paste. Everything was hand cut and sculpted, no molds used.

The Seahawks cake is chocolate cake with buttercream filling, marshmallow fondant, gum paste, modeling chocolate.

I was trying to get a third cake made with a Harry Potter theme but I ran out of time.
